Transfer to Ortanella village
We meet in the square Martiri at the pier at the Hotel Olivedo in Varenna. We board the car that will take us up to the mountains. Travel time will be around 40 minutes. On the way you’ll be able to admire dramatic landscapes, half-abandoned churches, orchards and, of course, the lake.

Walking tour
When we reach Ortanella village we leave the car and the guide will take us on a nice walk through the forest with panoramas of the water surface. The walk will take 30-40 minutes depending on the walking speed.

Open-air private lunch with the best views
We will end our walk in a typical agriturismo, where we will personally meet the owners and learn all the secrets of producing homemade products. A richly decorated table awaits us with typical northern dishes and breathtaking views. Enjoy your meal!
